Elshan Gamander oglu Aliyev

He was born on January 24, 1986 in the city of Goygol.

In 2003, he entered the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2007 he graduated from the faculty with an honors diploma. In 2019, he studied in the Republic of South Korea.

He started working in Tax authorities in 2011, and worked in senior positions in the head offices of the State Tax Service during 2011-2018. During the period of his work, he received thanks as an incentive measure 2 (twice). As a trainer at the Training Center of the State Tax Service, he actively participated in professional development and other trainings. Participated in the attestation of officials of the State Tax Service and passed successfully.

In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 16, 2016 No. 1897 “On the approval of the main directions of the strategic road map for the main sectors of the national economy and the economy” and the issues arising from it, he was appointed as a member of the working group and organized as an authorized official in the state bodies. participated in meetings and discussions.

The Republic of Azerbaijan received the “2019 Export Support” and “Food Chain” certificates of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms.

Having completed the trainings conducted by the methodology of the “Moscow University of Eloquence and Oratory Skills”, he obtained the “Charismatic Speaker” and “Mind Map” certificates.

During 2019, he worked as the head of the Patent, Certification, Marketing and Business Incubation Department of the High Technologies Park of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During 2020, he worked as an executive director in a law firm and in the private sector.

Since 2021, he has been working as the CEO of “AZIMUT AUDIT” company.
